A small plot with a requirement for 2 semi-detached houses and a pool for short term rentals. Just the kind of challenge which brings out the best in us.
The result is a house that looks like a single villa but is actually 2×3 bedroom houses which can also be used as a single 6 bedroom villa. Each room benefits from a balcony or terrace. A terrace pool allows guests to enjoy beautiful sunsets. An east facing yoga room on the uppermost floor caters to the early risers. 2 car parking slots and a staff room are are provided.
