We worked efficiently around the size and space of the plot to maximise quality space for the developer without sacrificing the quality of the interiors of each apartment.
Our design was inspired by the townhouses and hilltop settlements along the Italian coastline.
Each apartment boasts a terrace that overlooks lush greenery. We created a floor plan to optimize natural light and ventilation available and reduce the need for artificial lighting. Our design offers sleek exterior finishes by incorporating all services within the building itself. Every apartment has its own private terrace.
