The client needed 8 mid-range apartments to be built on a steeply sloping corner plot.
Our design offers varied options for expansion in which all 2BHKs can be combined to form 4BHKs; 6 apartments can be joined laterally across each floor; and 2 can be joined vertically through an internal staircase to create a 2-storey villa. We ensured that all rooms open out to either the beautiful surroundings or to a well-designed internal courtyard. Living rooms and bedrooms facing the front have large balconies that showcase the surrounding views.
