The client, who runs multiple hotels around the country, wanted a Greek theme. We added the seaside village experience.
Due to regulations in force, existing structures could only be renovated and all other structures need to be dismantlable allowing for construction without affect the existing ground.
40 rooms, 2 restaurants, a spa and other amenities offer guests a top of the line experience.
Most rooms have a view of the sea while some are right at the edge of the cliff face. Even though the restaurant is situated near the beach, it is visible from the road.
