The owners of this property were told that it was not feasible to construct an apartment building on it as it was too small. That is until the came to us.
And not just any apartment building. One with private terraces for each apartment and that the owners are proud to call their home. Having lived in the USA, only a design aligned with international styling could achieve this.
The developer of this project also bagged an important client for upcoming projects based on our design.
