Situated in bustling Calangute, where the demand for space is at a premium. The developer of this project wanted to create service apartments with the a feel of a Mediterranean villa. Being a multistory building, it was especially challenging to provide the required greenery, terraces and balconies required to recreate that essence. Considering the height of the building, we also decided to blur the number of stories at first look.
