AFTER RENOVATION (DINING AREA)

The client was looking for a fresh new look to their holiday villa located in a gated complex

NgaJ Architecture worked to eliminate negative spaces that caused the villa to look cluttered.

Our new design took full advantage of the beautiful outdoors by opening it up and flooding the interiors with natural light. We moved the entrance from the side to the front in a way that highlighted the beautiful roof. Inside, the main staircase was rebuilt to create a larger dining space and stand out as an important design feature. This has been hailed by the owners as completely transformative in the use of the space. What was once a forgotten space is one where they often hang out.
