Initially hired only to design the interiors, we discovered a potential for the project to truly stand out architecturally yet stay within its budget. Our design convinced the clients to change their plans from a typical monotonous, flat façade to a modern, geometric layout.
With construction already underway, we were restricted by a completed structural frame and floor plates. So our team played with the walls, fenestration and external planters to achieve a fresh, appealing look.
The tech firm which uses this office has strong links to Norway, offering us a muse in modern Scandinavian architecture.
The interiors feature a co-working space, an office space on the higher level topped by a penthouse for the owners; and a reception, cafetaria and swimming pool housed at the base of the building.
